[HTTP] 헤더 대소문자 구분 여부

Each header field consists of a name followed by a colon (":") and the field value. Field names are case-
insensitive.

HTTP 헤더의 대소문자는 구분하지 않습니다 (RFC2616, 7230 참조)

예를 들어 Cache-Control: no-cache와 cache-control: no-cache는 동일합니다

name: value 에서 name 부분의 대소문자는 구별하지 않지만, value는 그럴 수도 있고 아닐 수도 있습니다
